一个多月来都是J给如意洗澡,是他自愿的,一开始怕他洗不好,他偏要洗,几次后感觉也行,没啥问题,给狗狗洗过澡的同学应该知道洗澡简单但把毛吹干需要点耐心和体力,J包揽了这个大活我轻松了不少,为他点赞!
(还好有这个凳子,不然吹毛的过程会痛苦十倍)

昨天打开支付宝花呗,被账单打击到了,去看收支明细,左看右看还真的看出了问题,大地的宠物保险悄悄给我扣掉了33.25元!

前两天确实接到一条通知,不过点开没有进到具体页面,通知栏消息也没了,所以具体说了啥只能猜,应该之前两个月体验期的宠物保险快到期了吧,算算如意来家里已经两个月零几天了。

点进蚂蚁保页面,看到保障时间还有一个星期,到期不想再续费了,提醒的挺及时。

不想续费的原因不是因为大地的这款宠物保险不好——虽然他家确实口碑不佳——原因是,要缩减开支……算算一个月三十几块钱虽然不多,但是一年四百可不少呀,哎,对不起如意啦,别的都省不下,只能从你身上下手了。

结果就是被扣费了啊!还提前一星期就扣了。回到页面,继续找退保的地方,这个月算了,下个月绝对不可以。

找遍了各个角落,除了“续保管理”也没其他地方像是跟退保有关,咨询客服吧,虽然半夜了,退保是寻常问题,自动回复也够用了。

输入了问题,回答居然就是进入“续保管理”页面操作,可那个分明没开启呀?这也太误导人了吧?算了都已经扣了,开启看看会出现啥提示。

点了按钮,果然没错,就是开启自动续费了!这……!那我之前没开启授权凭啥扣我钱啊!立即取消授权,好了这一会找客服又得多解释一句,我是扣费后才开启的自动续费……

继续问客服,上次是问如何退保,这次换个方式,让客服帮我退保,果然对付机器人用对关键词很重要,顺利退保,因为还在确认期,这个月的33.25也退还给我了,本来想投诉的,如此就不跟你们计较了。
